By accessing and using PolaroidCam ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

PolaroidCam provides a web-based photobooth application for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its original content, features, layout designs, and CSS filters, are owned by PolaroidCam. You retain full ownership and copyright of any photos you capture and create using the Service. We claim no ownership over your generated photo strips.

"PolaroidCam" is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polaroid Corporation, Kodak, Life4Cuts, or any other official camera or film brand. All referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. PolaroidCam is not responsible for any lost photos, as all processing is local and temporary; if your browser crashes before you download your photo strip, the image is permanently lost.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
